PVC (polyethylene) webbing is synthetic — manufactured to mimic rattan’s appearance but with consistent color, moisture resistance, UV stability and easier cleaning. PVC is the specification for outdoor furniture, humid environments and commercial applications where consistent appearance across many units is required.
Sample orders start from 1 roll — dispatched free of charge within 48 hours of confirmed specifications. Wholesale pricing applies from 50 rolls per material type. Custom width orders (non-standard widths) require a minimum of 500m. Volume discounts apply at 100, 200 and 500+ rolls. Yes. Standard widths are 45cm, 60cm, 70cm and 90cm. Custom widths from 45cm to 90cm are available with a minimum order of 500m per custom dimension. We adjust our looms to your exact cutting dimensions — this eliminates edge-waste at your production line. Custom width lead time is 7–45 days from order confirmation. Please specify your required width in millimeters when requesting a quote.
Standard orders ship by sea freight from Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang port. Transit times: US West Coast (Los Angeles, Seattle) 18–25 days; US East Coast 28–35 days; EU (Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp) 25–32 days; Australia 15–20 days. Air freight is available for urgent sample shipments (5–8 business days to all major destinations). All natural rattan shipments include a Phytosanitary Certificate from Vietnam’s Plant Protection Department — required for US, EU and Australian import clearance. Before installation: soak natural cane webbing in warm water for 7–10 minutes to improve pliability and reduce the risk of splitting during installation. After installation and curing: wipe clean with a lightly damp cloth only — do not scrub or apply chemical cleaners. Keep natural rattan in dry indoor environments away from direct moisture. Natural cane should not be used in bathrooms or outdoor settings. For humid or outdoor applications, specify PVC or synthetic rattan webbing instead.
